About
I have a Ph.D. in Political Science with a specialty in international relations and have twenty years of experience in the field. I have worked in Latin America, Africa, and Europe. Other areas of expertise include political-military affairs, export controls, illicit weapons trafficking, and human rights.
I'm also an aspiring developer interested in web design, statistical analysis, and making the world a better place. With all the disinformation out there today, I'm particulary interested in ensuring accuracy and challenging spurious information.
I hope to create a blog on this and other topics. How the internet spreads information should be an ongoing concern for all of us. Misinformation is prevalent in all areas: politics, culture, sport, etc. I hope to contribute to combating it in some way.
